BEST TIME TO VISIT	Visibility is excellent year-round but is dependent on wind direction, weather action and water temperature.	Year-round. Bonaire is below the hurricane belt, which makes it a more appealing summer Caribbean destination.	November through April.	Any time is a good time to visit, though winter is most popular.	Weather is balmy and water is fine year-round.	Temperatures are warm and tropical year-round.
